ACCESSORIAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard shipping charges may be found in page D in the Terms and Specifi cations section of the November 2011 Price List. In addition to the standard shipping and handling charges, the following charges may be assessed in order to complete the pickup or delivery of a shipment. Fees are subject to change.

Residential or Non-Dock delivery:	$95
Call before delivery:	$45
Ground fl oor inside:	$125
Guaranteed delivery date:	$100
Metro fee (NY, Chicago, Boston)	$75
Re-delivery:	$75
Split ship:	$75
Will call	$35
Storage Fees assessed two weeks after scheduled ship date:	$10/boxed item per week
